Travel required 50% of the time Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of employee and performance management experience
- 5+ years of facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of reputed company experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards
- Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, reputed company and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls , industrial electronics
