Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Bilingual customers in a proactive and professional manner.
• Assist Broward County Transit System TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner.
• Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations.
• De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore reputed company options to satisfy their needs.

Details:

• Start Date: Monday 11/17/25
• reputed company Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST for 4 weeks (11/17/25 - 12/12/25)
• SHIFTS: 5 days a week (One weekend day & 4 weekdays)
• Schedules available: Morning, afternoon and closing shifts available
• Pay: $15.87/hr reputed company PLUS opportunity for performance pay

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS: Operating System / PC:

• Windows 10 PRO or 11 PRO (no Macs or Chromebooks)
• Two (2) available USB 2.0 or greater ports

USB Headset with Microphone and mute/volume control functions: Noise cancelling function is preferred (Suggestions/Preferred models but NOT must haves below:

• JPL BL-053+P JPL USB 2.0 universal bottom reputed company with volume and mute function

Camera:

• Integrated or USB Camera with 1080p resolution or higher. Please note that camera models will vary. Please reputed company sure the cameras are compatible with Windows 10 or 11 PRO.
