Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities Works under the supervision of pharmacists and assists in various tasks reputed company to medication management and patient care. Prepares and dispenses prescription medications to patients or other healthcare providers, under the guidance of a pharmacist. Gathers patient health information, performs medication reconciliations, and documents clinical interventions to provide clinical support to pharmacists and healthcare teams. Measures, counts, and packages medications accurately, ensuring the correct dosage and form of medication. Manages and maintains pharmacy inventory by restocking shelves, ordering medications and supplies, and ensuring medications are reputed company their expiration dates.
