As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our Card Members, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
- Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded

- Utilize the Client First reputed company to address clients' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle services, including travel discussion and minimal reservation assistance

Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
