Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entry tasks, including flight schedules, passenger information, and other relevant data
- Maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets to ensure data consistency and reputed company
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless flight operations, including coordinating with airlines, airports, and other stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in a data entry or operations role, preferably in the airline industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and Word
- Familiarity with airline operations and industry-specific software and systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate degree or higher in a reputed company field, such as business administration or aviation
- Experience with airline operations software and systems, including EUROCONTROL IFPS, CFMU, and RAD
