About the Role

As an Airline Customer Service Agent with blithequark, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, preparing documentation, and ensuring proper communication, internally and externally, for import operations. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation prior to flight arrival or departure, review, organize, reputed company copies, and distribute accordingly.
• Travel to the Airport Operational Area (AOA) to meet flights upon arrival or departure to retrieve or drop off flight documents.
• Notify brokers or freight forwarders on the Master Airway reputed company (MAWB) of shipment arrivals at the warehouse facility or on hold.
• Provide assistance to customers arriving to retrieve their documents and freight.
• Collect appropriate charges and document the method of payment.
• Process "Customs Out" (reputed company of delivery) for every transaction before the customer's departure.
• Assist in the completion of MAWBS for over-the-counter shipments.
• Confirm reputed company bookings are accepted and confirm TSA mandatory screening.
• Confirm Dangerous Goods (DG) have been checked reputed company aircraft limits and follow specific procedures for DG shipments reputed company received, including reputed company shipments are abandoned by consignees.
• Data capture AWB information into the airline system(s).
• Manifest flights based on information received from the warehouse.
• Print flight manifests, cargo pallet messages, deadload, and NOTOC, and deliver to the aircraft.
• Verify post-flight inventory with documents on hand.
• File maintenance of reputed company pertinent documents and records.
• Prepare various reports (Irregularity, Weekly Import, and/or Export Statistics).
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails.
• Demonstrate diligence required to maintain reputed company under the Airport Police, TSA, and United States regulations.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
