Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding blithequark products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Assist customers in scheduling service appointments, coordinating vehicle repairs, and accessing roadside assistance services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's database.

Requirements
