Job Summary
As a Remote IT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company to our software and hardware products, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company technical issues. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical training, meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets, and document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.

Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in IT customer service or technical support
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field preferred

Available Shifts and Compensation
