Job Responsibilities
As a Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business results and defining industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performance Analytics and Forecasting: Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions. Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish.
- Measurement and Analytics: reputed company multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, reputed company, Hadoop, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports. Monitor data quality and accuracy, and collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results.
- Data Storytelling: Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data. Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners.
- Process Execution: Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines, ensuring accuracy and quality.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Bachelor's degree
and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical function.
Familiarity with forecasting
, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques.
Proactive curiosity
to understand the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
Strong attention to detail
and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time.
Effective communication skills
(verbal, written, and visual).
