Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and serving as the primary customer reputed company for inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or reputed company field preferred)
- Availability for 9-12 weeks of live virtual training, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (Central Time Zone)
- Reliable internet service provider and a dedicated, distraction-free workplace
- Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the health insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve reputed company customer issues
