Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist to join reputed company. As a remote member of our 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention team, you will play a critical role in providing brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress. This is a full-time remote position, available to candidates based in the United States, Tennessee (USA), with a competitive salary range of $19.10-$26.80 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments to individuals in crisis
• Answer crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources
• Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
