Job Summary

As a Business Customer Support Representative – Remote, you will be the voice of blithequark for our business customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service reputed company to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer business customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services and products, and report problem areas.

• Utilize various systems and tools to assist and service customers, ensuring seamless and efficient interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of reputed company company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and solutions.

• Determine customer billing issues and provide solutions based on customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

* High school Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
