The Role

As an Associate, Customer Acquisition, you'll be responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our clients' products or services to customers, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing reputed company. This role requires a unique reputed company of sales, customer engagement, and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound

  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure reputed company relevant data is captured

Essential Qualifications:
