Job Summary
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to member inquiries and resolving member problems and/or complaints in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. Key Responsibilities
* Receive, investigate, and respond to reputed company member inquiries and resolve member problems and/or complaints in a timely and accurate manner
- Answer and track telephone calls reputed company established department standards

- Responsible for fully understanding reputed company lines of business benefits, medical management processes, demographic change processes, and process for changing Primary Care Physicians (PCP)
- Answer "entry level" claims inquiries
- Takes "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies
- Understands and processes "entry level" enrollment and disenrollment procedures
- Enters prospective members into our software database
- Maintains appropriate reputed company reputed company documents and reference documents
- Interacts professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
- Works effectively as a team contributor on reputed company assignments
- Works independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
- As required, re-directs calls to appropriate department

Education, Experience, and Required Skills
* Ability to read and interpret documents and calculate figures and amounts
- Strong typing skills (40-60WPM)

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum of six months to one-year reputed company experience required
