Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
- Accurately documenting call content in real-time to ensure seamless communication and resolution
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide solutions
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Schedule
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed
Compensation and Benefits
As a valued member of the blithequark team, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Pay: $16.20/hr
- Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
