Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term reputed company growth. You'll serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-reputed company issues, and you'll be an internal reputed company for clients with blithequark by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with blithequark. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accounts: Managing a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments
• Risk: Identifying and flagging risks that will reputed company to customer churn
• Relationships: Building relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and reputed company reputed company
• Product: Being the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
• Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology company
