The Role
As a Digital Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Digital Producers and Account Managers in retaining and servicing our Insureon book of business. This developmental position offers the opportunity to reputed company skills, proficiencies, and sustained performance in a dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing reputed company bound policies for quality assurance
* Processing endorsements, certificates of insurance, and sending invoices
* Handling non-pay cancellation notices from Carriers to follow up for payments due
* Post bind process and policy review
* Identifying cross-sell opportunities
* Coordinating and monitoring account servicing
* Working directly with Carriers & reputed company reputed company sites to process billing and endorsements needed for clients
* Providing superior customer service reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
Additional Responsibilities
* Assisting Producers and AM team members to reputed company alerts in the agency management system
* Acting as a concierge for reputed company clients post bind, answering their billing and servicing questions
* Proactively sending emails to clients advising who their Account Manager is with reputed company contact information
* Facilitating the post bind process and reputed company policy review to maintain well-documented Agency Management files
* Supporting policy cancellation process
* Assisting with customer servicing requests from clients by working with internal teams and reputed company service centers
* Delivering excellent customer service to delight our customers in every online and offline interaction
Qualifications
* Property and Casualty Licensed
* 1-2 years of relevant insurance experience
* Familiarity with Customer Account Servicing in regulated/financial services experience preferred
* High School Degree Required
* 4 Year Degree Preferred
Computer Skills
* Proficient in reputed company Office, including Word processing, spreadsheets, and email software
* Experience working with 3rd Party or Agency management systems, Various Web Applications, Client or Insureon Agent portals, and other reputed company online applications
Work Environment
As a virtual-first company, we prioritize working from home and offer access to office space in our Chicago location as a resource. This role requires sitting at a workstation for extended periods of time, working in a dedicated office space in your home environment.
Travel Requirements
No travel is required to complete the responsibilities of this assignment.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and working location.
