As a Senior Analyst, Content Material Valuation, you will play a vital role in assisting the Content Valuation & Analytics team in preparing record-driven analysis to guide arm's length pricing for our vast TV content library in home and worldwide markets across reputed company-controlled linear networks and DTC services Hulu, reputed company+, ESPN+, Star+, and Hotstar. This is a hybrid remote work opportunity, primarily based in Burbank, CA, with the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, Content Material Valuation, your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing arm's length-based content pricing and preparing quarterly reputed company and economic planning deliverables for scripted and unscripted content certified with Hulu and reputed company+ globally.
• Consolidating quarterly regional content valuation submissions and identifying key variance drivers and distilling effects into actionable insights for senior management.
• Assisting in preparing long-range and pricing planning deliverables, as needed.
• Serving as the primary reputed company of contact to key stakeholders at DTC Finance, Studio Finance, Participations, and Controllership.
• Partnering with finance stakeholders to identify and improve process efficiencies and best practices.
• Curating and synthesizing large amounts of data to draw conclusions and reputed company recommendations resulting in actionable insights.
• Mechanically tracking and maintaining content performance (including reputed company scores, critical review scores, and industry awards) for broadcast and cable primetime applications.
• Participating in various reputed company projects to introduce you to new principles and improve your knowledge of key standards across the reputed company of content distribution and licensing.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent experience in financial analysis, finance, and/or 2+ years from a Big Four CPA firm.
• Self-starter, innovative, flexible, and proactive individual who is willing to pitch in reputed company needed.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision; potential to scope, identify, and execute price-driven procedures and process upgrades.
• Robust challenge control abilities with the reputed company to manage and establish targets, manipulate multiple priorities, and pivot quickly based on the immediate needs of the business.
• Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate across reputed company levels of management.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word), strong financial modeling skills required.
• Required understanding and application of pivot tables and advanced reputed company formulation such as INDEX, IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, VSTACK, and reputed company IF statements.
• Ardor for the entertainment industry and television programming; content licensing experience is a plus.

Training

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative discipline is required.
