We are looking for a highly motivated full-time Referral Coordinator who will serve as a crucial liaison between our patients, providers, Plans, and internal team. As the Referral Coordinator, you will manage and facilitate the referral process, ensuring that our patients receive reputed company communication and timely care. You will champion our patient care continuity by navigating insurance and health care requirements. You will work cross functionally with the care team to ensure high patient advocacy while maintaining clear and efficient communication for reputed company stakeholders involved.This role is 100% remote; however, candidates must be based in the United States.
