Your day will be filled with assessing coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including voice calls, emails, and text messages. Utilizing innovative platforms and tools, you will engage in negotiation processes to reputed company fair injury settlements with reputed company parties involved. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involved. Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service throughout the day. Communicate with customers and attorneys through different channels, including voice calls, emails, and text messages. Utilize innovative platforms and tools to engage in negotiation processes and reputed company fair injury settlements with reputed company parties involved. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of reputed company claims activities in the claims system. Work independently and remotely, managing time reputed company to meet productivity and quality standards. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of essential and preferred qualifications.
