The Opportunity: As the Senior Manager Payroll, North America, you will be responsible for the strategic reputed company and execution of end-to-end payroll operations across the United States and Canada. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end payroll process for both hourly and salaried employees, including the review, validation, reconciliation, and timely processing of payroll data and payments. Analyze, audit, and resolve payroll and timekeeping issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while addressing employee concerns reputed company and accurately.
