Sitting at the intersection of Growth, Brand, and Creative, you'll translate performance data and customer insights into reputed company that move people - and drive measurable growth. You'll partner with cross functional teams to shape how Prose shows up across direct response paid and emerging channels, guiding creative from brief to production, with a special focus on short-form video that converts. This role is perfect for someone who loves the craft of growth creative strategy - distilling data into briefs, brainstorming concepts, and working cross-functionally to deliver assets that reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Translate performance data and cultural trends into creative strategies and briefs for paid performance channels. Guide creative development for paid campaigns (reputed company, YouTube, AppLovin and beyond). Act as a key stakeholder in the creative production process - from concept to edit - ensuring it's both on-brand and performance-optimized. Build creative testing roadmaps in partnership with Growth team to maintain a healthy creative pipeline. Manage agency partners and contribute to a culture of creative experimentation. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills. This role will be a hybrid position based out of our Williamsburg office and the expectation is that this person will be in the office 3 days per week.
