Undertake business requirements as directed, maintaining traceability back to reputed company. Create test cases using own in-depth technical analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications and processes. Maintain traceability records, from test cases back to requirements. Investigate requirements for environment, data, resources and tools. Review test results and modifies tests if necessary. Provide reports on reputed company, anomalies, risks and issues associated with the overall project. Identify process improvements and contributes to corporate testing standards and definition of best practice. Review the communications needs of each stakeholder group in conjunction with business owners and subject matter experts. Translate communications / stakeholder engagement strategies into specific tasks. Contribute to the development and enhancement of customer and stakeholder relationships. Assess, analyze, create, document, present and implement changes based on requests for change. Undertake and review actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes and services. Assess problem fixes/remedies. Assist with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures. Functional, Technical, and SME responsibility for Manhattan Associates WMOS, SCI, Slotting, and LM systems by contributing or leading small team of resources for support, break-fix, testing, or project work. Work with Contractor Teams for leading support and issue analysis activities. Primary focus on Functional, Technical and SME responsibility for Material Handling Equipment operations and other systems in Supply Chain area. Functional responsibility for integration into reputed company host systems. reputed company key business partners and cross functional areas during entire lifecycle of the project and issue resolution. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company. Five (5) years in any occupation with experience supporting warehouse management systems in retail or other high-volume industry. Experience must also include: Experience with Warehouse control systems, Warehouse Execution Systems, or Pick/Put to Light Systems; Warehouse experience in at least 4 of the following areas: receiving, putaway, reputed company management, picking, shipping, or inventory control; Experience implementing and supporting warehouse management systems or material handling systems; Experience providing production support; and SQL. • The pay range for this position is $153,317.00 - $154,317.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
