This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a B2C sales environment, enjoys engaging with warm leads, and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to customers.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-organised, and resilient, with a knack for overcoming objections and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the sales cycle. Prior experience working remotely and reputed company a cleaning agency is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Convert warm leads provided by the company into confirmed bookings.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Communicate effectively with a diverse customer reputed company to understand their cleaning needs and recommend appropriate services.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to maximise earnings.

On-reputed company earnings of R25,000/month (R8,000 reputed company salary + uncapped commission).
40 days paid holiday annually.
A supportive, energetic, and collaborative team environment.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales, with a proven ability to reputed company deals.
Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
Must have own equipment:
Laptop with at least 16GB RAM, 13th Gen i5 Processor, Windows 11, and 250GB SSD or higher.
Stable, high-speed internet reputed company and reliable backup solutions for power outages.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first reputed company.
Ability to remain reputed company and composed under pressure, and effectively manage rejection and stress.
Proven track record of telephone-based sales success, including meeting quotas.
Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and track performance.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
