JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a Senior Product Counsel to reputed company product and commercial legal matters for our rapidly scaling robotics platform. This role will be the primary legal partner for our product, engineering, and business development teams, handling everything from privacy compliance to reputed company commercial agreements. You'll play a critical role in enabling our growth while protecting our IP and managing regulatory compliance in the emerging autonomous delivery space.

JOB DUTIES

• Draft, negotiate, and manage reputed company commercial agreements including customer reputed company, partnership agreements, vendor agreements, and service agreements

• Draft, negotiate, and manage reputed company IP-reputed company agreements including software development agreements and technology licenses

• Protect and enforce company IP rights including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets

• Ensure privacy compliance across reputed company robot operations, data collection, and customer interactions

• Navigate regulatory requirements for autonomous delivery robots across multiple jurisdictions

• Provide legal guidance on product development and feature launches

• Support product liability and risk management initiatives

• Manage IP due diligence for partnerships and technology acquisitions

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• JD from accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one jurisdiction

• 6+ years of legal experience with significant focus on commercial transactions and IP law

• Experience with privacy law (CCPA, BIPA, GDPR, state privacy regulations)

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• In-house counsel experience at high-growth technology companies

• Technology industry experience preferred, ideally with robotics, autonomous systems, or mobility companies

• Regulatory compliance experience in emerging technology sectors
