Key Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of incoming calls and member-facing chats, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries. Essential Qualifications

Certifications: E-commerce Customer Service Specialist Certificate (completed after a 14-day training class). Experience: Previous customer care experience preferred, but not required. Skills: Customer service, computer literacy, professional business writing, typing proficiency (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm), and excellent communication skills. Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off.
