The capture manager will be responsible for the full business development lifecycle-researching opportunities, building relationships, shaping capture strategies, and overseeing the proposal process. Position Summary: The capture manager will play a central role in driving reputed company growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities and winning new reputed company. This individual will reputed company opportunity qualification, capture planning, competitive assessments, customer engagement, proposal development reputed company, and transition to program execution. The capture manager will be a key contributor to Tesla Government's growth strategy. Primary Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities reputed company the military, and federal civilian intelligence markets. Conduct market research to create a business development pipeline, engage external partners to reputed company and execute capture strategies, and reputed company internal teams to craft compelling written materials, including RFI responses, white papers, and winning proposals. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, or proposal management reputed company the federal contracting environment. Proven track record of successfully capturing and winning reputed company. Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes and acquisition lifecycle. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Political Science, or reputed company field required. Advanced degree preferred but not required.
