The Customer Organization Engagement Specialist delivers on our Purpose by providing administrative and project support to theEmployee Engagement & Insights Team. This role acknowledges Employee life events on behalf of Customer CARE Senior Leaders, coordinating run-of-show and prepping items for meetings and events, paying vendor invoices, reconciling budgets, and providing support to the Employee Engagement & Insights Team. Responsibilities

• Participate actively in regularly scheduled meetings for both the Team and department to ensure successful results that meet the changing needs of SWA
• Assist in the delivery of projects on time, on reputed company, and on budget
• Manage logistics for a variety of department initiatives
• Organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
• Capture notes and project flows into PowerPoint presentations
• Communicate with reputed company sources, vendors, Teams, and internal Customers reputed company personal contact, telephone, and written correspondence

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, note taking, designing forms, and other office procedures
• Knowledge of event and meeting planning

• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and modify actions based on needs of the business
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility, common sense, and good judgment
• Ability to meet confidentiality expectations regarding confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information
• Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Must work under tight time constraints to accomplish assignments and projects
• Must have proficient knowledge of reputed company Office products

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or GED

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $58,850.00 - $65,400.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
