Responsibilities

• Develops department goals objectives policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with business unit policies and procedures and governmental and accreditation regulations.
• Develops and recommends department operating budget and manages resources according to approved budget.
• Selects trains orients and assigns department staff. Develops standards of performance evaluates performance and conducts performance management planning. Initiates or makes recommendations for personnel actions. Maintains ongoing communication with subordinates to review programs provide feedback discuss new developments and exchange information.
• Develops and contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies procedures quality standards and safety standards. Ensures compliance with hospital/facility policies and procedures and governmental/accreditation regulations.
• Builds develops and grows business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Conducts project post-mortems and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Develops best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Develops reputed company project plans and associated communications documents.
• Directs and manages project development from beginning to end. Defines project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Acts as liaison with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimates the resources and participants needed to reputed company project goals. Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary. reputed company required negotiates with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from reputed company the company. Determines and assesses need for additional staff and/or consultants and makes the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in the field of healthcare information technology required or project management required
• 5-7 years 6 years work experience in a project management reputed company including reputed company aspects of process development and execution required
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI PMP Certification is required reputed company 6 months of employment reputed company 180 Days required
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
