What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing High-Volume Calls: reputed company handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Providing Clear Information: Listen actively to understand customer needs and offer clear, accurate information
- Accessing Cardholder Accounts: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies

Required Qualifications
