Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
- Scheduling appointments, qualifying insurance leads, recruiting patients, and setting medical appointments
- Demonstrating a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills
- Working with a variety of clients, including some of the most recognized companies in their industries
- Collaborating with your team to reputed company sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including reputed company Chrome
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
- Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Ownership of a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (reputed company Core i5 2.1GHz or reputed company, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, high-speed internet access)
- Ability to work in a quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
- Availability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
