What You’ll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • reputed company managing a high volume of inbound calls: Handle multiple calls simultaneously, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues reputed company.
  • Listening actively to understand customer needs: Use your empathetic and professional demeanor to understand customer concerns and provide clear, accurate information to resolve their issues.
  • Accessing cardholder accounts: Use our web-based applications to access customer accounts and provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
  • Assisting cardholders with inquiries: Help customers with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, using your technical skills to navigate multiple screens and applications.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old: Meet the minimum age requirement for this position.
  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent: Have a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED or home school diploma.
  • Have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or reputed company experience: Have previous experience in a customer service, call center, or reputed company role.

  • reputed company with camera requirements for meetings and training: Be willing to participate in video meetings and training sessions.
