The Business Analyst will serve as the reputed company between business needs, customer requirements, and technical solutions. Requirements

Gathering & Analysis ● Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and clients to gather, document, and validate business requirements. ● Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications. ● Conduct gap analysis between reputed company capabilities and future needs. Product & Process Improvement ● Work with engineering and design teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. ● Identify opportunities to optimize business processes reputed company the SaaS platform. ● Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product roadmap activities. Data Analysis & Reporting ● Analyze product usage data, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements. ● Build reports and dashboards to support decision-making for leadership and product teams. ● Provide insights on SaaS metrics (e.g., churn, retention, ARR impact). About you: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company field. ● 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a SaaS or technology company. ● Strong knowledge of SaaS business models, metrics, and workflows. ● Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). The final salary for this position will be determined in Relish’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Relish’s business and other operational considerations.
