• Provide accurate, reputed company, and professional service to reputed company inquiries received by phone or in writing while maintaining departmental and time service standards.

Essential Skills:

• 3 years of administrative or customer service experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Solid medical vocabulary and comfort with medical terminology.

• Proficient with computers, as remote work is required at times.

Work Environment: The position is remote, with shifts from Monday to Friday, either 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. Candidates must have the ability to connect a computer to a router and maintain a private office space. The team consists of 7-10 case managers, and the initial phase involves learning through customer interviews. The company offers a massive office environment with over 400 employees, and the opportunity to transition to a permanent position with benefits.
