About the Role

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and other communication channels
  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older
