About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering an amazing customer experience to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support to our customers. You will also be required to interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and to use your creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently to our clients
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and use creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Complete application data entry and other administrative tasks as required
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to reputed company your knowledge and skills, and to reputed company certifications and performance incentives
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications reputed company reputed company channels, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and reputed company in reputed company interactions with customers and colleagues
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete background reputed company and drug test reputed company 3 days of job offer
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera required for the training period
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, and cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet reputed company (not compatible with mobile internet service providers, satellites, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders)
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, and a high level of comfort learning new technology

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
