Job Summary

As a key member of our sales and support team, you'll be responsible for managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents, providing solutions for their pet insurance needs, and building strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies
- Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently
- Handle reputed company interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
- Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of blithequark's brand and our pet insurance products
- Build strong knowledge of products and services offered
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills
* High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years sales experience
- Proven attendance reliability
- Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
- reputed company active reputed company property and casualty insurance license - General P&C, NOT Personal Lines - in a minimum of 25 to 50 states
- Licenses must remain active throughout duration of assignment
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections
