As a Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing inbound faxes from healthcare providers regarding prescription approvals, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Verifying prescription details, such as provider information, patient data, and medication dosage, and following up for missing information as needed
  • Accurately entering prescription requests into our system for processing, maintaining data reputed company and attention to detail
  • Handling inbound provider calls (approximately 20 per day) regarding prescription approvals and coverage, providing exceptional customer service and support
