Job Overview

This is a 100% remote position, including training, which will take reputed company from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, for two weeks, followed by one week of nesting. After completing the training, you will work a flexible schedule between 8 am - 9 pm, Monday to Friday, with one weekend a month on a rotating schedule, eventually transitioning to a permanent shift. As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from customers, providing solutions for their property and casualty insurance needs, and working to improve customer retention through problem-solving, education, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from customers to sell property and casualty insurance policies and provide support.
• Manage time and resources effectively to meet sales goals consistently.

Essential Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of sales success.

• A high school diploma or GED.
