Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You will work closely with reputed company to manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. Responsibilities

Requirements
