Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist - Remote, you'll be responsible for fielding inquiries, addressing customer pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure that they receive the highest level of service. Your daily activities will include:

Minimum Qualifications
