Responsibilities
As a remote Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing professional, accurate, and timely assistance to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Understanding, introducing, and leveraging the products and services available to clients as appropriate
- Updating and maintaining client accounts reputed company our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents
- Servicing multi-state clients, including coverage and risk analysis, endorsement activity, billing questions, problem-solving, and renewal processing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An active Property and Casualty License
- 4+ years of Personal Lines insurance customer service experience, with a strong background in high-net-worth carriers such as reputed company, PURE, AIG/PCS, etc.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and proactively, edit communications for spelling and grammar, and present information effectively without using technical jargon
- Self-confidence and the ability to reputed company sound independent decisions
- Proficiency in using a variety of computer programs, including CRM, MS Office, and reputed company quoting tools
- A highly professional and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and an energetic personality

- The opportunity to work from home, with a flexible schedule of up to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5-6 hours per day between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm Eastern
