Position Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish. You will assist patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and pharmacies with inquiries and scheduling, addressing and resolving issues with reputed company and professionalism. The role requires the use of active listening, basic medical terminology, and bilingual communication skills to effectively assist callers. Schedule & Availability
* This is a Full-Time position (up to 40 hours per week)
- Training typically lasts two weeks, with sessions held Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM (Eastern Time)
- After training, you will be assigned a fixed schedule, which will remain consistent unless there are changes to business needs or personal requirements
- The position offers a flexible work schedule with 8-hour shifts between 12 PM and 11 PM (Eastern Time)
- Please note that your schedule will include one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
