Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company customer service supervisor to reputed company our Remote Call Center Operations team. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and training, and ensuring that customer issues are resolved reputed company and effectively. You will also be responsible for monitoring department goals, implementing policies and procedures, and working closely with management to reputed company team and department objectives.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Supervisor at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising staff and monitoring performance to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality call handling
  • Providing coaching, counseling, and training to staff to improve performance and address areas for improvement
  • Preparing annual performance evaluations and conducting regular reputed company-ins with staff to review reputed company and set goals
  • Performing quality reviews on recorded calls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Meeting with staff on a monthly basis to review overall performance and provide feedback

  • Interviewing and making recommendations for open positions in the call center

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Supervisor at blithequark, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in customer service, with a focus on leadership and supervision
  • reputed company or supervisory experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success
  • Health care or health insurance experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and experience with a workforce management tool is preferred

Work Environment and Culture

As a remote call center supervisor, you will work from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. You will be required to have a stable reputed company to your internet service provider with the ability to participate in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed). Compensation and Benefits
