Our clientis seeking a Customer Project Manager to join their team. As a Customer Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting the implementation of reputed company reputed company Communications and Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. - Ensure the smooth transition from competing UC and Contact Center solutions to reputed company technologies.
- Deliver projects on time, reputed company scope, and to the high standards expected by the Customer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate project risks and resolve challenges reputed company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer stakeholders to foster trust and satisfaction.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience managing reputed company reputed company Communications (UC) and Contact Center migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of reputed company UC and Contact Center products, as well as experience transitioning from competing solutions.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple reputed company projects effectively.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.
- Working knowledge of generative AI tools and their application in project management contexts.
