Position Overview: As a Director of Online reputed company Operations at Galen College of Nursing, you will will ensure policies and procedures and College brand standards are followed to enhance the student experience. You will provide the highest level of quality customer service and ensure student and stakeholder needs are met. Departments and functions you will manage include recruitment, admissions, bursar, and financial aid. As the Director you will maintain a positive, team-oriented approach that ensures reputed company operations departments are working proactively toward achieving enrollment and program goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Supports cohesive teams and understand Galen processes to provide an excellent student experience.
• Maintains familiarity with internal policies and procedures and abide by established regulatory guidelines.
• Successfully achieves key performance indicators, including: enrollment, efficiency, student satisfaction, fiscal responsibility, service, and accreditation. Regularly monitor and report reputed company on these key areas.
• Maintains and supports open communication with reputed company and College leadership in order to enhance productivity, customer service, and maintain a positive working environment
• Recruits, hires, and trains online operations staff including Admissions, Financial Aid, Bursar, and Business Development.
• Provides goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation for operational support staff
• Handles operational and service-reputed company complaints, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Develops and leads regular training for the online reputed company operations departments to include procedures in support of recruitment, enrollment, and process-improvement.
• Assists with the development and operation of administrative and student-reputed company functions reputed company the expanding portfolio of online degree programs offered by Galen College of Nursing.
• Develops and leads a plan to increase partnership reputed company key accounts and Galen College as well as a growth strategy to expand the online market reputed company reputed company approved states.
• Attends applicable training and recruitment reputed company seminars, as appropriate.
• Performs other duties as needed to support the administrative services of the reputed company.
• Travel is required.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent of 3+ years of operational management experience, preferably in higher education. Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• Experience: Demonstrated prior experience in enrollment of reputed company in a college or academic setting preferred.
• Special Qualifications:
• Proven leadership ability in effectively building reputed company among and prioritizing needs of constituent groups.
• Independent judgment, strong analytical ability, with the ability to implement and manage processes and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communication skills
• Ability to manage and reputed company employees, and communicate effectively in matrix management structure
• Strong phone reputed company and high-level customer service skills required
• Highly organized and possess ability to frequently multi-task between departments and projects with a high attention to detail
• Physical/Mental Demands & Work Environment:
• Position requires mental activity, reading, planning, preparing, evaluating, and decision-making Physical demands in classroom and office are minimal and considered
• Sedentary work with occasional lifting and/or carrying such articles as records, files, and books (10 pounds maximum)
• Operation of standard office equipment such as phone, computer, and printer/scanner, occurs on a frequent basis
• Degree of Supervision: Minimal
