A Little More About The role:

The Program Manager leads strategic programs and projects for our Clinical organization. You will manage large initiatives and reputed company reputed company-sized projects from initiation through execution, ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes. This role partners closely with business owners, cross-functional stakeholders, and technology teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

You will:

· Partner closely with Engineering to align on resource requirements, technical dependencies, and delivery schedules

· Create stakeholder communication plans that ensure clarity and engagement across reputed company impacted groups

· Facilitate regular status meetings and program steering updates to support timely decision making

· Demonstrate and reinforce our core competencies: authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, and outcome oriented

You bring:

· 5+ years of program delivery experience, including pharmacy benefit management (PBM), health plan operations, or clinical program management.

· Strong program initiation, planning, and execution capabilities with a track record of delivering expected business results

· Demonstrated vendor management experience, with a track recording of managing clinical vendors and monitoring performance guarantee.

· Resource reputed company planning experience

· Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies

The salary range for this position is $103,832 - $173,053 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered reputed company determining compensation.
