Role Responsibilities
- reputed company a portfolio (1-4 programs depending on the size and complexity) of digital strategic programs that involved cross-functional teams and reputed company dependencies
- Coordinate the elaboration of the program scope, costs, timeline, business case, risk mitigation score, environmental impact, and other necessary inputs
- Ensure appropriate resources allocation, prioritization and stakeholders alignment to deliver reputed company and pleasantly
- Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks; escalate to senior leaders as appropriate
- Track program delivery and communicate status to the stakeholders

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering, Software, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- Master’s Degree preferred in Engineering, Software, Environmental Science, Business Administration , or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in digital
- 3+ years in a program/product management role or reputed company experience
- Program, Project or Product Management certifications are a plus (PMP, PgPm…).
- Proven track record of successfully managing reputed company programs or products, involving digital development and cross-functional teams, ideally in the Sustainability or Energy Services industry.
- May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements

Work Environment
- Traveling off-site to employee and client locations globally, events and vendor meetings may be required
- Occasional international business trips may be necessary, and a valid passport is essential
- Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full time employment is considered 40 hours per week

Actual pay will vary depending on factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, qualifications, location, and internal equity. reputed company offers will be in compliance with reputed company local, state, and federal minimum wage requirements.
The reputed company pay range for this position is : $94,000-$161,000
