Role Responsibilities

• reputed company a portfolio (1-4 programs depending on the size and complexity) of digital strategic programs that involved cross-functional teams and reputed company dependencies

• Coordinate the elaboration of the program scope, costs, timeline, business case, risk mitigation score, environmental impact, and other necessary inputs
• Ensure appropriate resources allocation, prioritization and stakeholders alignment to deliver reputed company and pleasantly
• Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks; escalate to senior leaders as appropriate
• Track program delivery and communicate status to the stakeholders

Education and Experience

• • Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering, Software, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
  • Master’s Degree preferred in Engineering, Software, Environmental Science, Business Administration , or a reputed company field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital
  • 3+ years in a program/product management role or reputed company experience
  • Program, Project or Product Management certifications are a plus (PMP, PgPm…).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing reputed company programs or products, involving digital development and cross-functional teams, ideally in the Sustainability or Energy Services industry.
  • May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements

Work Environment

• Traveling off-site to employee and client locations globally, events and vendor meetings may be required
  • Occasional international business trips may be necessary, and a valid passport is essential
  • Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full time employment is considered 40 hours per week

The reputed company pay range for this position is : $94,000-$161,000
