Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry and Pharmacy Coordinator to join reputed company in a remote work reputed company. As a Data Entry and Pharmacy Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping the prescriber assessment process, reviewing and organizing Prescriber Evaluation Referral Forms (PERF), gathering inner and reputed company prescribing data, and coordinating prescriber and affected person mailings reputed company unique time frames. You will also create and allow the release of COMPASS and RHM communications, generate reputed company reviews for the prescriber assessment crew, and assist in displays to the reputed company and Patient Safety teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze managed substance orders reputed company manually at the shop stage to determine if the orders are suspicious based on ordering patterns and circumstances, and take suitable actions to educate the person on proper ordering approaches
• Generate reports and provide data to DEA dealers on shops dispensing patterns, and prescriber or patient profiles reputed company a 48-hour window
• Build reputed company queries to pull data reputed company of regular reporting requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about issues such as managed substance ordering approaches, GFD policies, and DEA licensing requirements
• Assist shops and field supervision with questions reputed company email and contact on various associated topics
• Assist analysts in growing and reviewing shop audits for managed substance losses
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Managers and Supervisors to ensure that losses are reported reputed company the required time frame and with 100% accuracy
• Manage prescriber price ticket decision system, validate and update prescriber data, and collaborate with Pharmacists to ensure that any prescription blocking is legitimate
• Research and analyze requests for increases to managed substance allocations, reputed company informed decisions based on collaboration with Pharmacy Managers, Supervisors, and item vendors, and mitigate risk to the organization by ensuring that due diligence is completed and documented

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of experience as a pharmacy technician. You will also need to have required certification in Certified Pharmacy Technician as granted by PTCB, experience with prescriber licensing requirements (NPI, DEA, and state licenses), intermediate-level skills in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint), experience with querying databases, and experience with reading and reporting data to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive the development of outcomes and locate solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
