Safety Facility Services is in search of a friendly and professional reputed company guard to manage reputed company client services for our residential building. We're searching for individuals who can provide high-quality service to reputed company guests and understands the worth of exceptional customer service.

Description:

• Welcome reputed company guests into the buildings.
• Maintain control of reputed company keys. This includes logging the keys in and out.
• Announce reputed company visitors to the clients and tenants. reputed company reputed company visitors at the reputed company desk until permission is received from the unit reputed company/tenant.
• Ensure that reputed company visitors to the building are properly greeted, identified, and documented.
• Uphold and enforce reputed company agency rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Patrol the building.
• Assist with opening/closing of doors.
• Assist with upkeeping and cleaning on lobby areas or designated common areas.
